June 2, 2006 - The factual evidence of the redesign of the Gameboy DS has been sacked since the time of writing. Obviously people know that the newly redesigned DS is currently selling in the US as of this message. Nintendo sucks for thrashing this posting back and forth.
Well, I’m glad I didn’t buy one yet.

Given the story that WAS here was about how the Nintendo DS was potentially being redesigned soon, I felt it appropriate to remove that story since it was denied by authoritative sources.
What a better way to remove that story than to replace it with news that I got a DS from Corryn as an early valentine’s gift! Guess what her early valentine’s gift was? Guess who the better racer is at Mario Kart??
The answer is actually Evan Miller, the seasoned champion. He’s also a mean Advance Wars player. He will not last long. I have made some inexperienced mistakes which will be ironed out for the next encounter.
I’m extremely pleased with the number of games you can get that allow multiplayer-without-everyone-owning-the-game. Out of all the games we picked up in our frenzy last night, only 1 of them (Corryn got Animal Crossing) requires everyone to have the game to play.
I got Metroid Pinball, Mario Kart DS, Advance Wars: Dual Strike, and Meteos.
Everyone should be aware that I am a puzzle game fanatic. The production house ‘Q,’ which is headed by the creator of the awesome Sega entity Rez and Space Channel 5, has made two games. The first is Meteos, and the other is Lumines. With the widespread success and valor of these two games, I should think we can identify a puzzle gaming genius. Meteos is a game that requires the DS stylus and touch-screen action, and holy balls is it awesome. The action unlocked by the speed of the game when you play it in this way is so satisfying that I consider it worth the entire cost of the system. This game is fantastic. Go get it right now. We can all play it via multiplayer!
