That was and remains a crucial test to see if it's in Phalen or not and apparently it was one of the reasons Hidden Falls South was pursued; I've been told but haven't verified that the South end of Hidden Falls is usually closed for the winter. However, according to Joe, they had the medallian there before and central park got tore up to hell and Roseville said they never wanted the medallian hidden there again. Also the park closes at 10pm or so and everyone gets kick out by cops... dunno if that makes it a very good choice for parks.
