Walk in the park..lark: como zoo has a bird sanctuary thing
leave cell phone at home: reference to the fact it might be near a pay phone? there is/was one by black bear cafe.
Siren: there is a weather siren on one of the buildings in the state fair, but that seems to be a far reference compared to previous clues. Sirens are also a mythical water creature that sang/screeched... but I don't desire any of those...
but then I thought, if you didn't have a cell phone, you might want to hear for a ringing phone - so maybe referencing listening for a phone ringer, like on the pay phone? I don't really have this part narrowed down. T
There is a tornado siren in North Dale park.
Do not revolt against this poem: again, I don't have much except the statues of the writers in como park.

Ah, I do recall the siren reference with Conway. There are a number of additional parks that are also compatible with proximity to a siren, I'll have to do some bookwork and see what turns up.

Clue #3

Success on the third clue will never do
We had to stash a second
Round you go if you seek to know
Where swatters of orbs are beckoned

Clue #2

If you’re thinking big you’re sure to dig
Near flora with growing pain
Winter or summer is never a bummer
A menagerie of fun wild or tame

Clue #1

Congrats to the finder, to all a reminder
To hunt hard from first to last clues
Medallion I is history. Now a new mystery
Begins—strap on your hunting shoes

To some its demented, for all unprecedented
But hunters’ thirst must be quenched
Tell sister and brother we’ve hidden another
In a park where a body can be benched

Our 2nd prize? Don’t laugh—10-thou cut in half
So get out there even if it’s snowy
And as a special bonus—some might say an onus—A meal with our own Clueless Joey

Good hunting to you, let this be the first clue
Think of a woodsy retreat
It won’t be so hard if you channel the bard
You’ll get warm and smell pretty sweet
