Siren: there is a weather siren on one of the buildings in the state fair, but that seems to be a far reference compared to previous clues. Sirens are also a mythical water creature that sang/screeched... but I don't desire any of those... but then I thought, if you didn't have a cell phone, you might want to hear for a ringing phone - so maybe referencing listening for a phone ringer, like on the pay phone? I don't really have this part narrowed down. T There is a tornado siren in North Dale park. Do not revolt against this poem: again, I don't have much except the statues of the writers in como park.
